iCRM™ is a software dedicated to the operational management of the sales activity which aims at optimising the distribution of equipment thanks to a user-friendly interface fitted for salespeople (vendor, sales assistant, sales manager) and to a utilisation in connected or disconnected mode.
iCRM™ is integrated with the IRIUM software suite, but can also be used independently or interfaced with another ERP.
iCRM™ includes business features that are specific to the equipment distribution industry within its different modules:
- The Contacts Management module is based on a database enabling the qualified follow-up of clients and prospects.
- The Equipment Fleet Management module is based on a database making the view of new and second-hand equipment easier.
- The Sales Support module is a tool for the daily management of the sales funnel (propositions, offers, sales).
- The Planning module provides an immediate view of visits and sales actions, and is integrated to MS-Oulook®.
- Lastly, the Reporting module allows a multi-criteria analysis of the sales activity thanks to business dashboards.

- iCRM™ Express for simplified quotation management,
- iCRM™ Classic for detailed quotation management,
- iCRM™ Select designed for the sales manager.
